Manchester Memorial School relies on the generosity of corporate sponsors and community fundraisers to provide our students with enriching experiences that go beyond the regular curriculum. Our Enrichment Programming and Mini-Grants have made a significant impact on our students' educational journey, and we're excited to continue this tradition in the 2024-2025 school year.

Past Enrichment Programs

Our Enrichment committee has brought the following engaging programs to our students in previous years:

• Wingmasters: Live bird shows that promote conservation and wildlife education

• Tanglewood Marionettes: Interactive puppet shows that foster creativity and imagination

• Joppa Flats Soil Program: Hands-on learning experiences that explore the importance of soil and conservation

• Explore the Ocean World: Interactive exhibits that introduce students to marine life and ecosystems

• Top Secret Science: Hands-on science experiments that encourage curiosity and critical thinking

Innovative Mini-Grants

Our Mini-Grant program allows teachers and staff to apply for funding to purchase curriculum-enhancing materials that support innovative teaching methods and technologies. Last year, we were able to purchase brain bins for every classroom.
